Dr. Nicole currently only accepts Aetna health insurance and is therefore considered an out-of-network provider with other health insurance plans. You may contact your health insurance carrier to determine if you have out-of-network coverage. If this is the case, and you choose to utilize these benefits, Dr. Nicole will provide superbills after you have paid for sessions that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

If you do not have Aetna, 30 minute sessions are $77.50, and 50 minute sessions are $155. The first session, which is a clinical intake that is 90 minutes in length, is $230. A sliding scale is not currently offered. Please know that in order for us to set realistic treatment goals and priorities, it is important to evaluate what resources you have available to pay for your treatment, whether you are paying a co-payment/co-insurance, or are paying out-of-pocket.

Dr. Nicole accepts credit and debit cards, paid via a link Dr. Nicole sends after the session is completed through a HIPPA-compliant system. Each session must be paid for the day the services are rendered.
